In this view you can see our products. Here you have 2 types of products. Basic and Premium are subscriptions, which are yearly based. You make the first payment and then for the next quarters you don't need to take care. The card you use will be used as default payment method. On the other hand we have the form request credits, which are instruments that allow you to request forms for closed past periods. In case you have not paid the income taxes for closed past periods, you need to buy form request credits (one per property and period), to be able to request forms for them.

Stripe Customer id (1)

Since Stripe is our payment provider, the system creates a Stripe customer id for each customer.

Form request credits (2)

Form request credits, are necessary, when you want to settle a closed past period. For each period and property you have to buy one credit. Form request credits can be purchased at any time and independent from the subscriptions.

Warning!

Be cautious when purchasing form request credits. Calculate the number of credits you need correctly and if you have any doubts, consider consulting our accountants.

Premium (3)

The best option is to subscribe to our premium service for the number of properties you would like to manage. We offer the best service at the best price.

Basic (4)

Our basic service is for property owners with no more than one property. As your real estate portfolio grows, you can cancel it at any time and order our premium service.

Form Request Credits (5)

The Form Request Credits (FRCs) are applied when you want to file an already closed period or when you want to use the Platinum Service.

Once you have subscribed to a product, you will see the subscription and the status as on the image below.

Subscription (1)

The name of the subscribed product and the number of the properties (in case of premium).

Subscription status (2)

Can be incomplete, active or canceled. In case of incomplete, you will have an additional button "complete last payment", which will allow you to complete the payment.

Cancel button (3)

If you like, you can cancel your subscription at any time. In case you would like do upgrade or downgrade your subscription, you have to first cancel your current one.

Warning!

If you cancel your subscription, but the form request for the current period is not requested, there will be no refund.
