Getting started
To start using the RETax application you have to sign up and go through the validation process.
Sign up
To sign up please click the Sign up/Login button (see image below).
You will be forwarded to the login widget. Please click on the Sign Up area.
The sign up screen appears. Here please enter the user name and password you wish and agree with our terms and conditions.
You will be redirected to the dashboard. There are a few more steps to complete your registration.
Validation
Shortly after you register, your request will be reviewed by the Customer Advisory Board and then you will receive a verification email. This email will contain a validation link (1) and button (2) (see below). Please click one of these to validate your account. In case some details are missing, we can arrange a short online call with you.
Complete account and billing details
In order to use the application and perform activities like adding properties and expenses, you must to complete the necessary personal, fiscal, residential, and contact information. You can do this by clicking on the account navigation button and selecting the Account details menu item (1) or click on the View details button in the Account details card (2) on your dashboard. Further more, you must fill in your billing information, in order to request forms. You can do it by clicking on the account navigation button and selecting the Billing details menu item (3) or click on the View details button in the Billing details card (4) on your dashboard.
Fill up the mandatory fields with the necessary information and save the data. Now you can proceed with the application.
Logout
To log out, you just have to click on the profile menu in the navigation bar on the right and select "Logout" from the drop down.
