Case 1: i just bought a real estate property

Even if you don't have income from the property, you still have to fill in a form on imputed income for the tax authorities. Case 2: i have three properties and i have never paid income taxes.

For two and more properties, you can subscribe to our Premium product. When doing so, please select the correct number of your properties. In case you have made a mistake, you can correct it later. For each property and period you haven't paid income tax in the past, you need to purchase a from request credit, to be able to manage it.
