Properties

As already mentioned in the getting started when you have completed your registration registration you can now start working with your properties.

Navigate

To navigate to the props view, you just click on My properties (1) in the sidebar as shown in the picture below.

Add real estate property

When you have completed the account information, adding a property ist easy, on the my properties page simply click the plus button (2) as in the picture above and add the necessary information.

Fill in the property details

In order to file Modelo 210 for your property, you must provide some mandatory information about the property (see the image below). Currently the property details can be edited, but in the future some restrictions will be applied. You can also disable a property, to remove it from the list of actively processed properties. For every active property you can now add some expenses and request form (Form request).

Fill in the address (1) and be very careful with the cadastral reference (2), the cadastral land and construction value (3, 4) and the total acquisition value (5), as these values are essential for the tax calculations.

Be aware

The cadastral reference field must be set correctly. Currently there is no system approval.
